Do you know the numbers to better health? 5-2-1-0 every day: 5 servings of fruits and vegetables, 2 hours or less of screen time, 1 hour of physical activity, and 0 sugary drinks. That message is part of a new public awareness campaign featuring online teaser ads and television spots for Let’s Go!
