Children should get at least one hour or more of physical activity every day.Start by making small changes.

Three of the clips submitted by Let’s Go! made it into the end portion of the last episode, aired on Friday, April 23rd. The Let’s Go! program was thrilled to be highlighted along side celebrities and other exemplary programs promoting nutritious eating.
